Ever have the feeling that a day might be tough because it hasn't started out well? Chances are, you're probably right. The way you start something will have a lot of influence over how the rest of the day goes. So make sure your day starts out right. Give yourself 15 minutes more than usual to get ready if you're not already doing this. Do something you enjoy for those fifteen minutes whether it be journaling, reading, exercising or sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee during the quiet. The more you do this, the better your days will get.
